We accept clinically appropriate outpatient referrals and help with higher-care placement when needed.
Who outpatient care fits
- Adults ages 18–65 seeking outpatient addiction treatment
- Medically stable enough for PHP, IOP, or extended care (no active unsafe withdrawal requiring detox)
- Safe living environment to return to each evening (home or sober living)
- Co-occurring depression, anxiety, or related concerns when clinically appropriate for outpatient care
- No violent criminal history; not a registered sex offender
What we offer on-site
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Full clinical day intensity for adults who need daily structure but can return to a safe living environment each evening.
Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Several clinical hours across multiple days each week - often a step-down from PHP or inpatient care elsewhere.
Outpatient Rehab (OP)
Fewer clinical hours focused on maintaining gains after higher intensity - continuing care while life stays in motion.
Extended Care
Longer-horizon outpatient structure for adults rebuilding independence after higher intensity.
Group Therapy
Community-based clinical groups for continuing accountability and skill practice.
When a higher level of care is clinically appropriate, we help with referral to a vetted provider that can meet that need.
