Group therapy is a required part of our program because shared work is central to recovery. Sessions are led by a licensed professional and incorporate process-oriented, psychoeducational, and experiential practices.

The room isn't there to fix you. It's there to remind you the work is doable, and that someone else did the second Tuesday too.
