Lead with safety

If your loved one is in immediate danger, call 911. For suicidal crisis, call or text 988. Treatment conversations come after safety.

02

Call admissions yourself

You can ask about levels of care, insurance basics, and what outpatient can and cannot do - without committing anyone to treatment.

03

Ask about the right level of care

R&R Recovery is an outpatient program. If detox or another higher level of care is needed, we help with referral.

04

Invite, don’t force

A confidential assessment works best when your loved one can participate. We can still coach you on next steps if they are not ready yet.

Family participation

We include family in treatment and offer family therapy and/or counseling per the client's request. Family involvement is scheduled in advance and shaped around what is safe and productive for the client.

To protect the privacy and anonymity of everyone enrolled, family members do not attend group therapy.

Talk to admissions

Call (714) 274-7969. A real person can walk you through options without pressure.

Safety & fit

  • If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
  • R&R Recovery provides outpatient levels of care - PHP, IOP, extended care, and group therapy - for adults who are medically stable enough for day treatment.
  • When a higher level of care is clinically appropriate, admissions will help with referral to a vetted provider that can meet that need.
