Withdrawal & safety callout
- Stopping benzodiazepines abruptly can cause seizures and other serious complications. Do not attempt unsupervised cessation.
- If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
- When medical detox or 24-hour supervision is needed first, admissions will help with referral to a vetted provider.
Honest outpatient framing
After medical stabilization elsewhere, some adults continue recovery in PHP or IOP - building coping skills, addressing co-occurring anxiety, and preventing return to misuse. A confidential assessment determines whether outpatient intensity is appropriate for your situation.
